– No liquor or any other beverages may be brought on the premises. Any beverages must be purchased through the bartender on duty.

– The leaser is responsible for all damages incurred during the rental. Also for any loss or left items brought in by the leaser or its guests. All items brought into the hall must be removed upon departure.

– No decorations or any kind may be taped, stapled or thumb tacked to any wall or surface throughout the hall or lounge area.

– Please note no confetti of any kind may be placed on tables or floors because it is considered a choking hazard.  There will be an additional $100.00 clean up fee for any similar products used.

– Only non-perishable foods such as chips, pretzels, party mix, desserts, cakes and cookies may be brought into the hall.

– All functions held for persons age thirteen thru twenty-one require two police details paid by the leaser. 

– Candles or any other open type flames are not permitted in the hall.

– Hall fees are payable to IAVC and must be paid at the time of execution of the Hall Rental Agreement.
